Ethical Standards
· No recruitment fees or related costs are ever paid by workers
· Job offers are clear, concise and accurate. Liaisons with workers to ensure they understand.
· All data is stored in accordance with GDPR
· Candidates are offered work within a reasonable travelling distance as determined by them.
· No child labour is used – being a Health & Social Care specialist all workers are 18+
· Workers right to work is confirmed and share codes, Visas, BRPs etc checked where applicable.
· ‘Imposters’ are prevented to work.
· All workers are paid for all working time at living wage or above, and in line with contract.
· All workers receive holiday pay to which they are entitled.
· Any taxes are accurately calculated and paid to HMRC
· Workers time is managed and does not exceed either allowed working hours or contractual limit.
· All workers receive fair and equal opportunities and treatment.
· Candidate termination is handled responsibly, ensuring, workers receive all outstanding pay and benefits to which they are entitled.
· Go Ahead Recruitment Limited are constantly reviewing policies to reduce risk of forced labour, trafficking and any other form of exploitation.
